This pump is fitted with DRK Engineers own design Automatic Priming Tank with a 60CFM Oil Lubricated Vacuum pump. All mounted on robust chassis, Fuel Tank, Battery & Leads.
Typical applications are: Pipeline testing, Mine dewatering, Water Transfer and Fire Fighting installation.
This pump should not be used on abrasive pumping duties for long periods however we can recommend alternate pumps with different MOC to possibly suit these applications.

SHM
Kirloskar SHM solid handling pumps are single stage, single suction pumps with a back pull out type design. These are horizontal non-clog pumps while SHS are vertical non-clog pumps used for wet pit applications. The pump section is suspended by a column pipe which also protects the transmission shaft. These solid handling pumps can be offered with a column length up to 6.5 m. The impeller is single suction type non-clog, free flow dynamically balanced. SHM solid handling pumps have standard grease lubrication, although oil lubrication is also available as an option. In case of SHS pumps, the lubrication is grease based. The complete range of SHM solid handling pumps is covered by four driving units, thereby reducing inventory and achieving interchangeability of parts.
